Description

The Maker's Club elective offers students the opportunity to explore hands-on creativity through design, engineering, and technology. In this course, students will conceptualize and build innovative projects using a variety of tools and technologies, including microcontrollers like Arduino, 3D printing, electronics, and sensors. Students will develop practical skills in areas such as soldering, programming, and prototyping, while working on projects that combine engineering with creative problem-solving. The course provides a collaborative environment where students can transform ideas into tangible products, with the potential to showcase their work at events like the Bay Area Maker’s Fair. This elective encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world application of STEM concepts in an engaging and dynamic setting.
